The City of Chicago will celebrate its first “Concierge Day in Chicago” Thursday, Jan. 27 to raise awareness about the importance of concierge.
The first ever “Concierge Favorites Awards” will take place at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Hard Rock Café (63 West Ontario, Chicago).
Concierge have made an undeniable impact on Chicago’s visitor market. Almost 5 million referrals are made by Chicagoland’s 750-plus concierges. Along with the mayor’s office, Concierge Preferred’s President and Publisher, Tim O’Malley, has worked to create a day dedicated to all concierge as a way to pay tribute for all they do to make Chicago a world class destination.
