Winnetka's Restaurant Michael Weekend Special for Friday, Sept. 3 - Lobster!

This week to celebrate Labor Day, Restaurant Michael (64 Green Bay Rd., Winnetka) will be bringing in whole Maine lobsters tomorrow, Friday Sept. 3. Lobsters will be 1.25 lbs. each and poached into submission in butter. The same butter used to poach the meat will be used to make a simply stunning lobster and Cognac beurre blanc. This lovely velvet like sauce will be served with the entire shell free lobster, perched on a bed of sautéed baby spinach leaves and tarragon spaetzle.
