Saigon Sisters Now Offering Weekly Specials

Saigon Sisters Restaurant is now offering weekly specials!

This week’s four-course tasting includes the Tuna Tartar, Ahi tuna, grapefruit confit, pickled ginger, scallion oil, and lotus chips; Banh Bao, Pork Belly with hoisin glaze, Caramel chicken or Wagyu beef in coconut milk and kaffir; the Lamb Luc Lac, lamb tenderloin seared in XO sauce, watercress, red onions, and broken rice; and Che, Butternut squash, coconut milk custard, sticky rice with vanilla beans, and a taro chip for $40.

The beer pairings for the week are the tender Chinese Five Spice Pork Spare Ribs with 3 Floyds Alpha King for $12; House Made Charcuterie, the Chef’s choice of three items with 3 Floyds Pride & Joy for $18; and Mussels, Sake steamed mussels, garlic, cilantro, lemongrass butter, Thai basil, and Chili with North Coast Brewing Pranqster for $18.
