Bebe's Kosher Deli Opens October 7

Bebes Kosher DeliBebe's Kosher Deli opens this October 7 at the Chicago French Market as Chicago's only downtown Kosher deli. You don't have to be Kosher to enjoy Bebe's fine Kosher deli cuisine. The space, formerly Bebe's Eatery, has undergone a complete makeover - both in design and product offering. The new name: Bebe's Kosher Deli better reflects the deli's broad product offering.
Bebe's will have a traditional deli menu and nostalgic classic Jewish cuisine. Sandwiches will be made to order, with deli favorites including Pastrami, Corned Beef, and Kosher Hot Dogs. Matzo Ball Soup, Knishes, Kishke, Latkes, Lox, hot pretzels and more will be available daily.

All the deli meats, deli salads and tossed salads will be available by the pound.  Bagel lovers will be happy to start off the day with fresh toasted Bagels and a selection of five different cream cheeses: regular, vegetable, chive; low fat regular and low fat chive. Fresh baked Challah and Challah rolls will be available every Thursday and Friday, just in time for the weekend.
Bebe's Kosher Deli is under the supervision of the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc). A Mashgiac will be on site to ensure the highest level of kashrus. All the meats are Glatt kosher; all the breads are Yoshon and all the dairy products are Cholov Yisroel.
Bebe's Kosher Deli can cater simchas anywhere in Chicago and now offers delivery. Bebe's is open 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily Monday through Thursday. Bebe's is Shomer Shabbos and will close at 3 hours before sundown every Friday. Bebe's will be closed on Saturdays
