Delightful Pastries Chef/partner Dobra Bielinki is offering a candy making class, 2 p.m., October 19 at the bakery's 5927 W. Lawrence Ave. location. The cost is $60 per student. You'll learn how to make caramels, truffles, brittle and bubble gum, just in time for holiday gift-giving. To reserve a spot, send a check to 5927 W Lawrence Ave, Chicago IL 60630. If for any reason a class needs to be cancelled, the participants will be refunded their money.
