Celebrate OctoberFeast in River North October 4

River North showcases some of its best restaurants and bars, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Tuesday, October 4 at the third annual OctoberFeast presented by the River North Business Association.

OctoberFeast is a tasting tour of River North with each venue featuring signature food and drink samplings along the way. Participants spend about 25 minutes at six different restaurants, ending the evening at an after party hosted by Rockit Bar & Grill. The party continues at Rocket with an hour long open bar, more food and great music!  Tickets are $50 per person in advance.

Registration takes place from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Nick's Fishmarket Bar and Grill in the North lobby of The Merchandise Mart. New participants this year include:  Bombay Spice;  Double A  Chicago;  Green Door Tavern; Hooters; House of Blues; Nick's Fishmarket Bar and Grill, Texas de Brazil, and Weber Grill.

“We’re excited that so many new restaurants are participating!” said Bill Noonan of Merchandise Mark Properties and chairman of the event.“ A veteran of the first two OctoberFeast events, Bill knows what he's talking about.

"As a 'foodie' I find this a great way to try several restaurants in River North without committing to an entire meal. After sampling, I can pick my favorite to return to at another time for dinner!”

OctoberFeast tickets cost $50 per person. Tickets are available on-line at www.OctoberFeastChicago.com or by calling the River North Business Association at 312-645-1047.
