Kosirog will teach guests about winemaking activities such as the use of a Stelvin cap and what it means to the wine industry, and the differences between Shiraz and Syrah, among others.

The first course includes Poached Pear Salad, Mindoro Blue Cheese, spiced walnuts, red onions and citrus vinaigrette, paired with J. Lohr Late Harvest Riesling (2006). The second course, enjoy Sage Marinated Seared Amish Chicken, gnocchi with applewood bacon confit and porcini mushroom broth, paired with J. Lohr October Night Chardonnay (2006).
