Restaurant Michael Wine Pairing Dinner with B.R. Cohn Winery October 28

Restaurant Michael announces its second Wine Maker dinner of the season welcoming Bruce Cohn and B.R. Cohn Winery for a five-course paired dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28. The cost to attend the wine dinner is $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Chef/owner Michael Lachowicz has selected five courses to be paired with four wines from the B. R. Cohn Winery of Glen Ellen, Calif. Menu highlights include Lobster Ravioli and Confit Fennel with bouillabiase sauce paired with the B.R. Cohn San Giacomo Chardonnay; plus the B. R. Cohn Olive Hill Cabernet with Roast Venison, candied chestnuts, celery root puree and wild huckleberry sauce.
