Entree selections include a choice of either Pan Seared Chicken Breast, spring vegetable ragout, oven roasted gold potatoes and natural jus; Rushing Waters Rainbow Trout, teardrop tomato relish, sauteed spinach and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes; or Meatloaf Tower, ground beef, veal and pork, with crispy haystack onions, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and roasted tomato glaze.
