Bistro One West has barely been open for one month, and is already receiving stellar accolades from the community and media. This week, Bistro One West announces a new bar menu, available 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Items on the new bar menu include tasty starters like Toasted Tomato Focaccia, with white cheddar cheese sauce ($6); Shrimp Salad, green beans, house greens and lemon dressing ($10); and Chicken Salad with pears, spinach, grapes and sherry dressing ($9). Sandwich and entrée selections include Waygu Beef Hotdog with onions, jalapeno and yellow mustard ($8); 100 percent Grass-fed Wagyu Burger, with aged cheddar on Ciabatta ($12); Smoked Bacon, Lettuce and Tomatoes Sandwich with maple-orange aioli ($9); Winter Vegetables, coleslaw, feta, cilantro-lime dressing ($9); Pan-Seared Chicken, prosciutto, cheddar and mustard-mayo ($9); and Cavatappi with white cheddar sauce, chorizo and bread crumbs ($8).
Beginning next week, Bistro One West offers new weekly specials: every Tuesday, Bistro One West features half-priced bottles of wine, and on Wednesdays, enjoy half-priced draft beers.
Bistro One West opened mid-December under the direction of an all-star team: George Guggeis, owner, and Doug D’Avico, executive chef.
