For $29 per person, the lobsters weigh 1.25 pounds each and are served butter poached on a bed of sautéed baby spinach leaves and creamy polenta, dressed with either hazelnut scented lobster bisque or candied lemon, capers and brown-butter.Be sure to indicate preference when making a reservation as there are only 25 Whole Maine Lobsters available.
