Community Outreach Health Fair Hosted by A Silver Lining Foundation

Kick off Spring with family and friends at A Silver Lining Foundation's Community Outreach Health Fair, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, May 9 at George Washington High School (3535 E. 114th St., Chicago).
