
The dish is a whole roast tenderloin of beef wrapped in veal and truffle mousse and then in a puff pastry and baked. This lovely creation is sliced and served medium rare over Port wine and truffle sauce. Chef Lachowicz promises that diners "will be stunned by this dish!" What's better is the dish is only $29 a la carte, and will be part of the prix fixe menu.

Saturday, July 31, Restaurant Michael features a classic favorite: Whole Roast Dover Sole with a choice of sauce, wild rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables. This dish is also available on the prix fixe menu, or a la carte for $29. These fish WILL go fast on Saturday, so please call early to reserve yours in advance.
